Seminar Rooms - Accelerator Division
Seminar rooms occupancy for all authenticated Zimbra users:
- open zimbra using a web browser
- switch to calendar - calendars - options (small icon) - find share
- (or switch to Preferences - Sharing)
- search e.g. for "459"
- select and add shared folder
- folder becomes available (in outlook as well)
